• Strong knowledge in any of the tools like QTP, Rational suite, Selenium , Test Complete
• Strong in scripting and frameworks 
• Ability to design automation framework
• Ability to assign work packages
• Strong communication skills
• Basics of Functional / Black box testing
• Knowledge in languages like Perl, Ruby
• Knowledge in Banking Operations like CASA, TD, Loans, Credit Cards, Asset Management or Insurance Operations like Underwriting, Claims Processing, Policy Processing
