Job Description:

Experience in HP Loadrunner 11 and/or Performance Center; knowledge of any other tool will be an added advantage.
Experience in conducting different types of performance tests: Load, Volume, Stress, Failover, Scalability etc along with strong background in and coordination of multiple resources/teams/vendors from different geographical locations.
Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SQA processes.
Experience in performance testing of web applications based on Java J2EE and .NET, client-server (Mainframe), java applets, web services, Message Queue etc.
Good exposure and knowledge in V-model, Waterfall model, RUP, Agile development lifecycle
Knowledge on Automation testing tool like Quick Test Professional (QTP), JMeter, Selenium and Badboy Automation Tool [optional]
Good exposure on monitoring tools like Wily Introscope 9, Sitescope, SQLBrowser, SQLProfiler, and any other industrial standard tool
Knowledge on IBM or any other performance tuning tools
Knowledge on IPB WAS architecture, Message Queues, Cache infrastructure
