Job Description:

B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.C.A/Any other bachelors Degree.
At least 3 -6 years of testing experience with proven record of achievements in testing teams.
Knowledge of and experience in conceptual and functional business process modelling
Result-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proven approach to problem solving
Experience of complete software testing lifecycle.
Experience in QA/QC (test plan, test cases, test data creation, Integration test, user acceptance test, regression test, test automation).
Ability to accurately log defects, escalate issues and risks.
Sound knowledge of Database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.
Exposure to UNIX (AIX/Solaris) and shell scripting.
Be able to demonstrate consistent and good judgement of assessing severity of issues.
Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and to understand the complexities of the business.
Should be able to work with cross functional teams - Development, Project Management, and Business.
Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment with short turn-around time.
Experience of working on HP Quality Centre.
Good domain knowledge on BFSI -- financial institutions, mutual fund industry
Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams
