Job Description:

3 to 7 years of experience in Performance Testing role
Hands-on experience with Load, Stress and endurance testing
Very strong in identifying Performance bottlenecks of an application
Expert in analyzing and reporting counter metrics for web and SQL servers
Strong knowledge in analyzing IIS logs
Responsible for ownership of applications performance
Provide performance improvement recommendations appropriate teams
Develop, maintain and own robust performance; test plans, specifications, results
Develop rigorous performance test cases to ensure realistic simulation in software releases
