Job Description:

2 - 4 years experience in complex Software Application QA / Testing.
Applies SE and Quality best practices and judgment to resolve conflicts and gain shared vision.
Exposure on tools like Selenium/Astra quick test etc.
Effectively influences others to ensure high levels of product quality, leads and participates in cross-functional testing activities.
Is responsible for designing and implementing black/gray/white box tests for products that are used in integrated enterprise environment.
Designs, creates and reviews test strategies, test plans, test cases, test metrics, and other QA documents to ensure sufficient test coverage based on requirements and specifications.
Participates in root cause analysis for defects and provides process improvement suggestions to eliminate future occurrences of similar defects
Reads code to assist development in the analysis and isolation of software defects.
Executes and interprets the results of manual and automated tests at both the API and GUI layers - J2EE Applications.
Creates clearly documented goals, plans, designs and results and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in Healthcare a big advantage
