Job Description:

Should be able to handle products or applications testing independently.
Writing the Test Cases and follow up on issues
Maintain and update error log.
Knowledge of Functional, Integration, Regression testing, Database testing, System testing.
Knowledge of in SDLC and STLC.
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage work and maintain focus on assigned tasks.
Good understanding of best testing practices.
Participate in design, code, test planning, and test architecture reviews improve STLC process
Expertise in writing SQL Queries
Find, reproduce, isolate, log and report defects and track them from inception to closure
Load Runner test scripting with multiple protocols, test execution, performance analysis and tuning, and results reporting.
Assess need for performance testing.
Load testing, stress testing, duration testing,
Exposure to Selenium, UI Automation
Good knowledge on Performance Test Life cycle
Mentor junior members in the team and provide technical help/guidance
Knowledge on automation testing is added advantage
