Job Description:

• Excellent organizing skills
• Good issue tracking and follow up skills
• Good people skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) in order to communicate directly with our US clients
• Experience in performing User Acceptance Tests in Product based companies
• Experience in Analyzing a bug in the Production environments and reproduce the same in Local/Test environments
• Ability to understand the nature of the issue and provide temporary or suggest work around solutions.
• Thorough knowledge/experience working in product based companies with descent knowledge in Databases.
• Good knowledge in MS SQL
• Good knowledge in Oracle
• Ability to understand and analyze the log files
• Experience in Manual Testing
• Experience in Automated Testing
