- Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
- Experience of testing Web based applications
- Certification on testing like ISTQB/CSTE is a plus
- Ability to create test scenarios, cases & scripts from requirements and perform test execution
- Knowledge on Interface testing
- Experience of testing Banking or Financial applications
- Knowledge and prior experience with Trade Finance and Cash Management areas is a plus
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience of Agile (SCRUM based) software development is a plus
- Exposure to Test/Defect Management tools like HP Quality Center, JIRA/CTF, etc
- Should have good logical, analytical, problem solving skills, and time management
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be self motivated and energetic
