Job Description:

• The Person will be required to develop the Testing Strategy for all Web Application Projects
• Lead the testers team & develop the test cases, execute cases, communicate to developers & build reports
• Create Test processes, prepare project related documentation
• Use Industry standards for tool based testing and reporting for debugging
• Functional knowledge of web technologies like .Net will be preferred
• Be responsible for defect and test management within the team
• Mentor and guide the team
