- Relevant BA/BS or equivalent technical training and professional work experience
- Document testing procedures, test cases, test results
- Ability to adhere to QA procedures and best practices
- 3+ years experience in manual functional testing
- Strong functional knowledge on Mortgages origination and services.
- 5+ years of testing distributed infrastructure tools/API?s. Experience with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and/or SOA architecture is highly desired.
- 4+ years of database testing experience in SQL, Sybase/Oracle, DB2.
- Experience in Message-based testing using XML family including XML, XPATH, XSLT SOAP and MQ Series or similar products
- Proven knowledge on various software development model, various phases of SDLC, project and QA life cycle, and testing methodologies.
- Must have solid understanding on Data Quality and data management. Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills
- Coding experience and strength on middleware/Application Services test automation with Saturn Tool (Version 3.0 or later) or similar open source automation framework.
- Well diversified with testing platforms and automation. Solid experience on HP Test Suite (Quality Center ? QC, Quick TestPro).
- Comparator scripts or comparative testing application experience. (Saturn experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of data quality and data management
- Strong analytical, profiling, and troubleshooting skills
- HP QC or ALM Experience
- Experience with agile methodology
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and transparency is a must
- Ability to think outside the box, be innovative, and creative
- Strong task management skills
- Experience working with offshore
