- QA -- Helps define the acceptance criteria for the scrum teams deliverables, and ensures those criteria are being consistently met. Works with product owners to ensure non-functional deliverables, including performance characteristics, are also being considered. Does more than just raise trouble tickets; needs to help diagnose the root cause of observed issues using basic debugging techniques. Experience using Selenium Web Driver in Java would be a plus
- QE -- Experienced test automation engineer with experience using Selenium Web Driver from Java. Should understand performance testing of web services and web applications. Will need to assist in defining and carrying out the test plan, and in helping the team to write code that is amenable to automated tests. Will sometimes need to write production code as well as test code
