- Engineering with Computer Science background.
- Expertise in Testing.
- Should be able to manage small teams, assign work, track progress
- Write & Execute cases
- Knowledge on any defect management tools, Bugzilla is preferred.
- Flexible to support additional hours on need basis
- Good understanding of Manual Testing
- Test Execution, Test case writing, Defect logging etc
- Planning, Tracking, Estimating, Reviewing etc
- Optimizing techniques is a plus.
- ISTQB or CSQA Certification is preferred
- Experience in Insurance vertical is close to mandatory.
