- Understanding of Testing Methodologies.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Understanding of Bug Life Cycle.
- Proficient in Functional Testing (Smoke & Sanity, Integration, Regression Testing).
- Understanding of Integration Testing Types (Top down & Bottom up).
- Good Understanding of Priority and Severity of a Defect.
- Good Understanding of "Test Design Techniques" like Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis etc.
- Having Knowledge of "Agile Methodology".
- Design, Development and Maintenance of Test Cases.
- Worked on Bug reporting tool Exposure like "Unfuddle, JIRA tool, Bugzilla tool".
- Understanding of various kinds of Models like V-Model.
- Knowledge of Review Process, Walkthrough, Inspection.
- Good Understanding of Verification & Validation Process.
- Well-developed leadership, communication and people development skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, should have own conveyance, should have Internet at home
