- Engineering degree in CS, EE or other technical field + 4 years working experience
- Expertise in designing automation frameworks and creating scripts using QTP tool
- Experience in building Data driven , keyword , Data driven framework
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS, being able to read and write SQL queries
- Ability to convert functional and non-functional test cases to automated suites.
- Problem solving skills using programmatic solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, operations, release management
- Ability to mentor and coach the other automation testers
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.
- Experience in providing end to end application automation.
- Experience in Selenium is a plus
- Experience in Agile Testing practices is a plus
- QTP certification is a plus
