- Experience in Automation of Siebel CRM Systems
- Experience in Automating Telecom Billing Systems
- Advanced Knowledge and Skill with VB Scripting
- Expert level understanding of QA Processes, Automation Frameworks, Tools and techniques
- Able to accurately estimate project tasks durations and meet schedules
- Ability to identify and document problems and clearly communicate their resolution
