Job Description:
- Understand application testing requirements and test strategy
- Design and development of Selenium Automation framework based on application/product requirements
- Design and development of HTML based reporting frameworks in Selenium
- Automation of applications using AJAX, Flash and iFrames
- Working with clients to finalize and signoff on automation framework and design approaches
- Good knowledge of Java/.Net/VBScript languages is a must
- Integration of automation scripts for continuous integration build with ANT, NANT, Maven, Bamboo, Hudson, CruiseControl etc and setting up automation scripts for unattended execution
- Create automation test suite document detailing the high level scenarios for automation as per approved requirements and work with client to get signoff
- Development of automation scripts as per approved automation test suite document
- Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks
- Mentoring other team members on Selenium and implementation of automation framework and automation scripts
- Defining best practices, framework approach for Selenium based automation
- Creating reusable assets for Selenium automation
