What will happen if i put "On Error Resume Next" above option explicit statement and below option explicit statement?

If we place "On Error Resume Next" above "Option explicit" Statement, then it will throw error message during run session as "Option Explicit" statement must be placed at the top of the code before any other VB Script commands.
