- Graduation in BE / MCA
- With 4-6 years of experience in software testing with atleast 3 years on automation
- Good Knowledge in one of the programming languages - C#, VB, VC . Java
- Experience on scripting languages VBS/ Jscript/ Perl/ Python.
- Hands on Experience in using QTP
- Team work in an engineering environment
- Motivated individual who wants a career in test automation
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to think logically and intuitively
- Meeting one or all of the following would be an advantage
- Hands on experience with Selenium for compatibility testing
- Certification in software testing will be added advantage
- Knowledge / experience in using BPCA for Impact based testing
- Knowledge on HOS (Lean principles like RPS, Kaizens, SWI etc)
