- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
- 2+ years of QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
- Ownership of test plan development and execution for an entire application that is directly customer facing
- Ability to code in C, C++, Java or Perl/Python scripting
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, Load Runner or Win Runner
- Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files.
- Ability to author complex test scripts.
- Experience in UI testing and automation.
- Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
- Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and are able to synthesize the results.
- Creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
