- Required - Individual contributor with good understanding of Software Testing Concepts, Software Testing Life Cycle and Processes.
- Required - Hands on Functional Testing experience (Creating and executing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Tracking / Reporting Test Planning)
- Required - Hands-on experience working on Selenium, FitNesse, Protractor or other Java based automation tool.
- Required - Good business communication skills.
- Required - Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Preferred - Experience working on Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Preferred - Knowledge of OOPs and programming in Java is preferred.
- Preferred - Knowledge of HTML and Web Applications is preferred.
- Good to have - Knowledge of Performance Testing is good to have.
