- Delivery Product (Product understanding, Test Exec, Defects, Reporting...
- Visualization of the Application during Requirements
- Prioritizing NFR (device matrix, ..) during NFT.
- Test Case and Defect Quality
- Creating Identifying Scenarios while writing Test Cases
- Ability to Comprehend Product, Process and Requirements accurately.
- Automation feasibility study
- Compliance to defined SDLC (Artifact genetation, Reporting, Metrics, Follow ups, Escl)
- Less Rework (TC, Defect Clarity, Reports)
- Creation of Test Plans, Test Strategy
- Maintaining Statistical information of data points (TC, Defects by build)
- Creating new templates as required in projects
- Ability to set correct priority and severity of a defect.
- Enforcing entry and exit criteria
- Quality of script development (Reusability, Maintainability)
- Script Readability and Understandability
- Continuous Maintenance of the Script
- Generating automation reports at the right moment.
