- 4 to 8+ years of experience in testing insurance projects.
- Hands-on experience in UK insurance with Pension funds.
- Should have experience in corporate insurance with pensions.
- Should have experience in Retail insurance with pensions
- Should have exposure towards certifications, processes and methodologies followed in BFSI organisations.
- Experience in Requirements analysis.
- Experience in creating test cases and execution of test scripts
- Experience in creating traceability report, defect reports.
- Experience in test management using HPQC/ALM/Jira
- Work with technical teams to design solutions
- Translate client requirements into highly specified project briefs; -
- Contribute in drawing up a testing strategy for the complete system; - Plan and work flexibly to a deadline;
- Write user/operation manuals; - Provide training to team members
- Should have good communication skills and inter personal skills
- Should have experience in Solution designing.
- Should have experience in Presales (RFP, RFI)
- Stakeholder management / front facing to client
- Prior working experience in Agile teams, optional
- Any certifications related to Insurance industry,
- Any certifications in testing such as ISEB, ISTQB and CSTE etc., optional
