- Responsible for project status reporting and project tracking
- Co-ordinate and manage the schedules of the test team and onsite-offshore team activities
- Responsible for Client coordination and Team meetings
- Maintain Test-ware (Test Cases, Tests Data, and Test Stubs/Harnesses) in auditable form.
- Coordination with the Automation Test Team and Development team if required
- Ensuring Team Adherence to quality standards/process and time schedules
- Plan, validate tests, Identify and plan re-tests.
- Defect analysis, Management and Metrics collation and Analysis
- Ensures Requirement Analysis and Test Coverage
- Participates in refining testing practices and methodologies
- Good to have intermediate knowledge of testing tools
