- Thorough knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle concepts and phases; viz. Unit Test, System Test, Functional Test, User Acceptance Test and Regression Test.
- Experience in developing Test Plans, Test Conditions and Test Scripts.
- Experience in Manual and Automated Test Execution.
- Should be familiar with or should have used products such as Rational ClearQuest, ClearCase or Quality Centre for Test Execution.
- Should have good Communication skills and ability to interact with client teams
- Should have knowledge of SDLC cycle, development, testing, deployment and support
- Should have worked in onshore/offshore model, Good team player
