- Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Execute manual testing based on test plans and test cases in order to ensure quality. Knowledge of financial industry and Prime Brokerage Securities lending business, processes, disciplines and standards.
- Understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative) and software quality assurance processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation of Quality Center for defect tracking, test case creation.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- QTP Scripting automation of manual test cases Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where daily, weekly software updates coincide with major project releases.
- Work closely with project managers and developers on QA project development.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail.
