- Test Automation Experience using HP QTP (Including keyword driven framework)
- Data Driven framework exposure
- Functional Decomposition methodology experience
- Mentoring team size of 3 or more
- Good communication & documentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of one or more scripting languages such as Java, C#, VB.NET, VbScript, Python, Ruby or Perl
- Exposure to automation on diverse technologies such as Web, ERP, Digital media, etc"
