- Should have exp in people management
- Expertize in Manual Testing
- Well versed with concepts & experience of system, integration, regression, UAT
- Data base knowledge, write queries using SQL
- Proficient in ETL & UI testing
- Knowledge of Batch jobs
- Work ex in Agile projects/teams
- QTP scripting basics (only if need be)
- Sound Knowledge in Testing concepts & processes
- Good in soft skills
- Good team player.
