- Around 4+ years of manual/functional testing experience.
- Strong understanding of the QE process, especially in an Agile environment
- Experience in Telecom domain SIP & VOIP testing
- Experience on UNIX/Linux, Mysql and Networking environment.
- Certifications in NICE/Verint platform is a plus
- Experience with applications using SQL Server or Oracle is required; must be able to query databases
- Knowledge of quality metrics.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Proven ability to perform system testing & drill down into results and complete deep dive root cause analysis
- Proven experience and best practices in requirements management, test case development, test analysis and reporting results
- Open to work on shifts or on the weekend necessary
- Possess good written and Verbal communication skills
