- Proven Experience in Automation of web-based/client server apps including leading the development and tailoring of the automation framework for individual projects streams within the program
- 8 - 12 years of experience in automation testing
- Define the Automation strategy and develop the automation test plan for the tasks, dependencies and to mitigate the risks associated with system quality and report to Test Manager
- Automation Testing experience with QTP and VB Script; Test scripts, Test cases, CICD
- Work closely with development and business team in automating the functional testing using QTP automation framework.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing automation scripts using QTP including Keyword, Data & Behavior driven testing.
- Develops an approach and recommendation for any new tools into the automation framework
- Works with customer architects and business teams in shaping up the automation solution
- Establishes, modifies, moves and/or manages test data for various testing scenarios and platforms
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders involved in provisioning or using tools and automation services already in place or in definition to be built
- Should have knowledge/worked on Agile based testing and have experience in building Automation Framework
