Job Description:
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Fill in as Software Quality Analyst and Sr. Testing Engineer for Application hosted on Web, Mobile.
- Responsible for test planning, test case design and development, test execution and reporting, as well as test automation using the defined automation framework.
- Knowledge on Quality System and experience in CMMi is needed.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Senior level experience with test automation.
- Knowledge on source code and change management control.
- Strong oral and writing skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering and test principles and practices.
- Skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in Testing [Automation /Manual]
- Minimum 4 years software testing, including test analysis, plan development and execution.
- Minimum 3 years development and implementation of advanced testing techniques, including automated test execution.
- Expertise in Web Application & GIS products testing.
- Experience with Selenium or load and performance testing is a plus.
- Experience in Manual Testing, should have good experience on Test management tools.
- Experience in performing Automation testing using C#, VB Scripting, Java and Python
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Additional Skills Required:
- Experience in JUnit, VB Scripting, C# and QC.
- Software testing of various Mobile Apps for different platforms like BlackBerry, Android, iPhone etc. on mobiles devices as well as emulator.
- Exposure to databases Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL is added advantage.
- Exposure to open source / ESRI / Intergraph products is additional Advantage.
- Understanding the OGC standards is additional advantage.
- Experience with GIS and Image processing standards is a plus.
- Experience testing in a SOA environment is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years UNIX or LINUX experience.
- Exposure on ArcGIS Server, ArcFM server, GIS portals / SDI projects is added advantage.
