- Previous experience as developer or exposure to white box testing is desirable
- Experience in BFSI domain is an advantage.
- Contribution in open source forum
- .Mentor and train team members.
- .Prepare Test Strategy/Approach for Testing
- .Accountable and drive testing of multiple portfolio
- .Perform efficient test program management w.r.t scope, cost, schedule, resource, communications and risk management through initiation,execution,monitoring and control and finally closure
- .Implement automation frameworks for respective projects/portfolio
- .Identify shortcomings in process and optimize it
- .Develop tools/utilities to meet testing needs
- .Innovate and implement innovations with a goal to improve productivity and quality
- .Establish coverage and traceability
- .Contribute in collecting and improving the metrics.
