- 10 to 12 years in the Information Technology field, focusing on Quality Assurance and Automation Testing
- 7+ years of experience in design and development of Automation frameworks and Automation Testing Strategies for large scale applications/SAAS/PASS
- Generating right kind of test data and infrastructure to run the automation suites
- Frameworks and implementation strategy for automation to support the projects
- Analyze current state of testing and requirements for automation
- Evaluate, select and formulate best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications
- Responsible for maintaining, improving and implementing QA automation Framework.
- Collaborate with project teams to strategize & align long term solution for automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
- Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to project teams and Automation test engineers for the implementation of testing automation processes and best practices as needed
- Develop Automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity and reusability
- Performs test automation utilizing testing tools such as QTP, Selenium, Sahi and SoapUI etc
- Ensure enterprise projects adherence & compliance to the QA -Automation testing processes and standards Requirements
- Experience with Web Services testing and database testing are a plus
- Expert knowledge and hands on in one or more scripting languages and/or programming languages like Java, Perl and Java Script
- Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills Job
