- Total 4 to 8 years experience in various phases of testing, designing, and developing complex enterprise applications.
- Atleast 2 to 3 year of recent exp on QTP/VB Scripting
- Ability to influence and drive quality across teams, across disciplines, and across organizations.
- Prior experience managing new and existing cross-group partnerships with Business Groups across the CSS and MS would be beneficial.
- 4+ years experience working in an Agile SDLC
- Strong object oriented programming, debugging, and test automation skills with C#, VB, and/or Java.
- Recent hands on experience with HP ALM/UFT.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Advocate our customers throughout the product cycle through feedback, test design, collaboration with other functional teams.
- Windows 2008, 2012, SQL experience.
- Manage the delivery of high quality software releases within budget and to schedule
- Experience as a team leader on complex projects, providing guidance on design and development approach
- Good understanding of scripting languages such as Perl and shell programming
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
