- 1 to 3 years of experience in ITSM application Manual Testing
- Hands on testing experience in ServiceNow application i.e. Change, Problem, Incident, Service Request Mgmt. modules.
- Experience in Quality Center tool (Writing Test Cases, Test Execution, Defect life cycle & Generating Reports)
- Good knowledge on testing methodologies. Agile [Preferable].
- Need to be aware of STLC & Defect lifecycle.
- Well versed with Sanity, Functional & Regression testing.
- Good communication skills, Good team player & excellent learner.
- When needed should be able to raise timely risks & consult them within the team and with TL in order to mitigate them without having any impact on testing delivery.
- Ability to work independently on tasks/modules assigned for testing.
- Ability to stretch working hours whenever required for supporting timely delivery.
- Ability to work independently & drive issues to closure.
- Need be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
