- Responsible for defining the testing strategy for the project while working on continuous quality improvements.
- Support and lead a group of junior testers to make sure all needed test processes are followed and tracked to smooth closure.
- Ensures delivery of high quality product to the customer thereby avoiding the high cost involved in defect correction at the later stages of the project.
