- Lead impact assessment and decision related to Quality Engineering plan and strategy for the whole release.
- Leverages expertise on manual testing to design and enhance test scripts that can be used across releases and leveraged by all test phases.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of competitive landscape, latest trends and technologies in Quality Engineering. Demonstrate the ability of benchmarking against competition.
- Use manual testing technique to support all test phases of product development. Understands designing and coding for testability to produce quality code with the lowest cost.
- Master's/Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or Computer Science or Instrumentation or equivalent with at least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in professional Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- Experienced in planning and leading testing efforts for software development projects. Skilled in designing and documenting test scenario statements and in testing defined test cases
- Strong oral and written communication skills
