- 3-8 years experience in automation testing, specifically QTP.
- Skills in automation testing with QTP with Oracle Apps - this is a key skill
- Some amount of test planning and test design skills
- Knowledge of QC (HP ALM)
- Some knowledge of Security software would be beneficial
- Good communication skills
