- Exposure to various platforms and technologies: Java, .Net, C++, Web, Mobile, Mainframe
- Software development background and knowledge of database design
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Good understanding of software QA methodologies
- Familiarity with modern development approaches like Agile/SCRUM/Lean
- Experience in automation testing (QTP/Selenium/TOSCA/RIT)
- Financial Services experience
- Prior experience of working with globally distributed teams

Bank of America is looking to build out their testing capabilities in the Plano, TX market. The QA Test Analyst is a valued team member that works closely with our business and technology partners to achieve optimal test coverage and ensure high quality software is delivered to our customers. The Test Analyst is expected to learn the business and technical components of the applications to carry out test planning, creation of test cases/scripts, test execution, defect management and drive issue resolution in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware technology and tools. A technical background, test automation experience, financial domain knowledge and experience in working in a global delivery team are a plus.
