- Design and execute non-routine and complex tests in an agile environment. Analyze and document test results. Ensure testing deliverables are of high quality and compliant.
- Understand and provide input around test process, tools and methodologies. Recommend and implement improvements.
- Understand product domain and customer needs/workflows and interpret requirements for testability and ensure coverage in test case design.
- Understand and apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, Performance, Serviceability, and Testing Techniques.
- Work with team to define and build test infrastructure and environments.
- Work with team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.
