- The candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of IP telecommunication equipment and technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, ATM, Frame Relay) with 4+ years’ experience.
- Knowledge with TCP/IP
- Knowledge of routing protocols (MPLS, LDP, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF), tools and experience with internal systems (SNM, VDDS, IPSM, PC) is desired
- A bachelor or an Associate's degree in Electronics and 3-5 years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
