Job Description:
- Must have strong understanding on QTP/UFT IDE (Object Identification, Object Repository, Data Tables etc.)
- Must have understanding of Functional Test Automation & hybrid, keyword-driven, data-driven automation frameworks
- Have proven track record on the ability to quickly gain detailed understanding of complex applications and their designs
- Strong exposure on VB script fundamentals
- Must have strong QTP hands on experience in creating automation scripts, functions, reusable components using VB Script
- Strong hold in writing codes using Descriptive & OR programming approaches
- Experience on automation framework designing and implementation will be preferred
- String exposure of web services and databases testing approach through VB Script
- Ability to develop custom error handling and reporting methods
- Ability to code around unrecognized objects and controls in QTP
- Good knowledge on SQL queries
- Must be well versed with Defect Management process
- Should hold good functional testing concepts
