Job Description:
- Client Interaction, fulfilling the daily delivery need, & Operational Parameters.
- Good knowledge of testing process, test tools, creation and understanding of testing artifacts like test plan, test case.
- Good knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
- Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
- Check / Review the Test Cases documents.
- Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.
- Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client
- Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client.
- Act as the single point of contact for respective project from offshore standpoint.
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
- Prepare various testing reports.
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
- Acquaintance with database concept.
- Good to have knowledge of Order Management Tool, Provisioning Systems & other downstream system.
