- Work closely with BA / PM to run and manage testing
- Responsible for defining test approach, test planning, steering and execution of testing (Functional, UAT and Regression)
- Develop, Implement and maintain the overall Test plan including RAID management and communication plans
- Define standard test packs (test cases and supporting expected results mapped to core functionalities) to enable recurring core component functional regression as part of the global quarterly testing and release cycles.
- Continuous maintenance of regression testing approach and standardized test packs to accommodate additional functional changes delivered as part of each quarterly global test and release cycle.
- Prepare and manage all relevant test metrics, test cases, test scripts etc
- Communication - Ensure that all the plans and relevant changes are communicated to all the relevant stake holders
- Manage relationships and co-ordinate between different team based in across different region
