- Develops solid understanding of JDA product areas from a functional perspective.
- Works with Business Analyst and development team to identify business scenarios for the various industries where the software is providing business value.
- Ensures the implementation and execution matches the overall functional design.
- Assesses the functional testing requirements of each feature.
- Assists in the identification of consistent test data to be used across features.
- Participates as a QA Engineer on projects and tests the product functions / features thoroughly.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of test coverage for existing features.
- Review product documentation of both existing and new features.
- Provides cross-training and education to test and development personnel as required.
- Works with services departments if need be to resolve issues.
