- Aware of Test Plan and Test Strategy
- Worked on different phases of Testing project
- Well versed with SDLC and Testing Life Cycle
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of Insurance domain
- Worked on CMMi Level 3, 4, 5 model or Quality knowledge is an added advantage
