- 4+ years experience on both manual and automation testing using WebDriver with Javascript frameworks
- Has sound knowledge of Agile and Scrum model of product development
- The resource is expected to possess balanced experience on both manual testing and UI automation areas. Experience in only one domain will not be suitable for this role
- Strong ability to enhance automation framework and design test scripts in line with changing application design
- Significant experience in various functions of the QA role with ability to work with remote teams
- Must be aware of various test management, defect tracking tools and should have an attitude to promote innovation in various QA processes
- Understands the complete end-to-end architecture of the product design and deployment.
- Has basic understanding of Security Testing, Performance Testing and Accessibility Testing.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work in global dynamic environments.
- Ability to work under tight schedule with high stress tolerance.
- Passionate about new knowledge.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills as well as organizational skills.
- Good inter-team communication.
- Solid knowledge of formal software engineering methodologies, Software development tools, Unit Testing, Code management tools, Design tools.
- Has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area.
- May show signs of leadership skills.
