- Degree/Major: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech./MBA from reputed universities.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of strong Product QA experience / background in testing any of the HCM Enterprise / ERP Applications (Fusion / EBS / PeopleSoft /WorkDay / SAP/SABA/Sum Total) / for the Product QA Role.
- Good understanding of Software Development & QA Processes
- Self-starter, able to deliver projects on time meeting high quality standards with a commitment and Go-Getter Attitude
- Experience in testing any of the Oracle HCM Products & exposure to any of the HCM enterprise modules is much preferred.
- Understanding of the latest trends in Human Capital Management and exposure to any of the HCM Applications will be preferred.
