- Strong Functional testing experience in BFSI domain in areas like, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Trading & Settlement, Corporate Actions Processing, SWIFT
- 5 to 7 years of Quality Assurance and Systems/Application Testing experience.
- Proven understanding of various testing techniques
- Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing and writing Test Cases from BRDs / FSDs
- Experience using SQL with regard to writing and understanding queries and procedures
- Working experience in Unix
- Exposure or experience in Test Automation would be an added advantage
- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
- Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written
- Works under pressure and is able to manage competing priorities
- Understands business risks
- Problem determination and strong problem solving skills
- Meets or exceeds expectations on process turnaround for assigned tasks and issue resolution to closure
- Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business focused environment
