Job Description:
- Minimum of 10 years of software testing experience with three plus years focusing on Test leadership and management at the project and program level
- Experience in defining test strategies for large scale implementations
- Extensive experience with a variety of automation approaches and tools
- Previous working knowledge with the creation and execution of selenium scripts preferred
- Deep knowledge and experience with distributed systems design, development and testing
- Strong knowledge of tools used to validate web services
- Good technical comprehension and excellent communication skills. Experience communicating with highly technical requirements, and translating highly technical topics to business teams
- Experience in implementation of Dev/TestOps
- Experience, desire and comfort to build and work with teams located globally
- Experience with Agile process & waterfall model
- Experience with various commercial test management tools - SharePoint, HP ALM, JIRA, JAMA and TFS
- Experience with Building Test Competency and process improvements
- Strong knowledge of Banking domain
