Job Description:
- 5+ years to 8 years of experience in manual testing of applications that involve multimedia content such as surveillance systems or streamed audio-visual media.
- Should have experience in handling hardware components and create and execute use cases related to involving those devices.
- Must have flair for quality of applications in all ways.
- Should be able to identify and correlate bugs and defects to the requirements of the applications and their components.
- Experience to work in projects that involve COM, COM+ components is a big plus.
- Should have excellent analytical skills to understand application requirements, and identify inconsistencies and get them corrected during the initial stages of the development life cycle.
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in bug life cycle, and must have analytical skills to classify bugs based on their severity.
- Experience in automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium (Java/C#) is desired.
- Knowledge in frameworks, tools and concepts related to Robotic Process Automation is a big plus.
- Must exhibit technical skills which are required to be trained in automation tools and frameworks.
- Should have excellent knowledge and experience in using tools such as SVN/GIT, Jira and the like.
- Should be an excellent team player and should have good interpersonal skills to work in an agile team environment.
